About Us

Eurospec was established in 1999, and since then we have expanded into our current 14,500 sq ft facility just outside Guildford in Surrey. We have always worked exclusively on Japanese Sports cars- nothing else. All of us are jap car nuts, just like most of our customers, we all own and run jap cars ourselves. Whether you are looking for a quick remap, a service or in need of mechanical repairs you can be sure that the person working on your car is a car fanatic just like you. The atmosphere here is very relaxed, were happy for you to wander around and see what were up to, and have a laugh with the guys as we work. Everyone is happy to answer your questions and give you pointers for your car.

Our workshop

Situated in the Henley park Industrial Estate, our workshop is fully equipped with the latest tools and equipment. We continually re-invest in our range of workshop hand and power tools to ensure our equipment is up to date and able to cope with the changes manufacturers continually make to their vehicles.

Using our range of up to date scan tools and diagnostic equipment we can diagnose pretty much any issue you might have with your car, and once we have our up to date ramps and service bays allow us to repair it quickly and efficiently.

Customer Facilities

We know that some customers like to drive their cars but don’t want to really get into the nitty gritty of what keeps them going. We also know that whilst its fun watching a remap at first, after an hour or so it gets pretty boring! Our customer waiting area has TV, DVD and Video with a lots of the latest titles to choose from. We also have PlayStation and a whole heap of games to keep you amused if that’s more your thing. Tea, Coffee and hot drinks are free and so are cold cans of Coke etc from our customer fridge. The waiting area has windows which are galleried into our dyno cell, so you can see whats going on in there all the time.

The Team

Mark

Mark started Eurospec in 1999. He’s an ex para and time served mechanic. From the Isle of Mann (and proud of it!) he started his involvement with Japanese cars in the import business but quickly moved into the servicing and repair market. Mark owns and drives a Classic Impreza, and Evo IV and he runs our FTO race car. He’s our resident master engine builder. Mark hand built all the engines in all of our record breaking demo cars.

Ben

Ben became a partner in Eurospec in 2006 after working with Mark for a couple of years previously. Ben is a fully qualified Mechanical Engineer and is of only 90 people in the world to hold the EFI University’s Advanced Engine Tuners Certificate. Ben worked in industry before joining Eurospec, including working for a short time for Cosworth in their Northampton manufacturing facility. Ben is our main engine mapper and tuner and he’s responsible for our 956bhp Mitsubishi GTO.

Graham

Graham is our senior technician, he’s been working with Mark since the beginning. An expert on Mitsubishi’s and Subaru’s, a finer technician you will not find. There is little in the world of mechanical work that Graham cant handle, and since he owns and runs a EVO VII himself, he knows that attention to detail is key to a good result.

Lil Ben

Lil Ben was our apprentice, but soon his transition to the dark side will be complete. Turns out that Ben has hacked not only being the butt of our jokes, had all the tricks played on him, but has also learned to be an excellent mechanic. He might look young, but his training on the job here and at college means he knows his onions.

Elise

Elise is our workshop hottie. End off!

Storks

David is our workshop assistant - he started off working for us on Saturdays helping to wash cars and clearing up. Now he is about to start his apprenticeship and will soon be learning at college as he does from working with us here.
